Network Issues Resolved

This afternoon we experienced an issue where some of the software that we installed to combat malware such as WannaCry became a little too protective. It prevented our DHCP servers from responding to client requests for new IP addresses. The problem manifested first on our many wireless devices that refresh their IP address each time that they are opened, but eventually affected all clients trying to join the network.

We have isolated the cause and apologize for any inconvenience.
