All Services Have Been Restored

 System upgrade is complete and all services have been restored.

 

 

From the Director of Information Technology:

Information Technology Department staff will be implementing a system upgrade on Tuesday, December 19, 2017. Most of the district’s technology services including e-mail communication among schools and centers, e-mail communication with non-district addresses, web access to e-mail, network login, access to network file storage, network printing, locally hosted applications such as Destiny, Horizon, etc. will be down beginning on Tuesday, December 19th at 6 AM. All technology services should be restored no later than 6 PM on Tuesday, December 19th.

 

Note that we do not anticipate loss of service for e-mail communication for users at administrative centers, the district’s web site, and all externally hosted software systems including Focus, Google, itslearning, Office 365, Performance Matters, Schoolnet, and Skyward. Any e-mail received during the down time will be delivered when the systems come back up no later than Tuesday, December 19th at 6 PM.

 

During the down time, some systems may be available periodically. If you are able to access a system, you may use it with the understanding that it is subject to shut down without notice. If a system shuts down while you are using it, you may lose data entered.
