We are currently experiencing an issue with webmail showing deleted messages in the list of messages after the email has been deleted. It appears to the users that the email has not been deleted. The emails are deleting just not disappearing from the list on the screen. If they refresh the screen, the emails should disappear from the list. Network Services is aware of the problem and is working to resolve the issue.
