Ticket Processing

Please note that tickets submitted for a school or center with a Technology Coordinator are automatically routed to the Technology Coordinator. Although a few Technology Coordinators have returned to work, many will not return until Monday, August 15th. If you have an issue that can't wait until your Technology Coordinator returns to work, please call the Service Desk at 429-2900 with your ticket number, and we will do our best to assist you.
