We're still working through the process of vetting all of the information in Skyward and getting it to work properly with our Identity Management system. As a result, some users' Groupwise accounts are not moving with them when they change locations. Until the mail account is moved, they will continue to receive email sent to their old location group and will have to be explicitly included in any email intended for everyone in their new location group. We are working to correct the situation. I suggest creating a single ticket called something like "Groupwise accounts to be moved" and editing it as problems are discovered.
