Service Desk Software Unavailable

Our Service Desk software, Zendesk, was unavailable Wednesday (12/19) afternoon for a little over an hour from approximately 2:25 to 3:40. The software vendor experienced a DDOS attack which affected the service.  The software is working again now, and we are processing requests again.
