We are experiencing True North Logic login issues that impact some users intermittently. TNL and the IT staff are working to resolve the issue. In the meantime, try logging in periodically. We will post when we believe the issues to be resolved.
01/28/13 Update: The problem appears to be with the way TNL is handling the passwords. No resolution yet, but we're closer to isolating the issue.
01/30/13 Update: We've isolated the problem and are currently working "around" it. All users should be able to login with their usual network credentials.
