Unable to access GroupWise on iPad

When you are unable to access GroupWise on the iPad because you are continuously prompted to enter your password, I recommend restarting your iPad. Power the iPad completely off by holding the button in on the top until the red button appears and is pushed over. After it turns completely off (usually there's a spinning image on the screen while it is powering off), turn it back on by pressing the button on the top.

    On the iPad, I've found that I can hit cancel 6-8 times and it will clear. Email is then available without problem. On my iPhone, I have to go to settings, delete and retype the last letter in my username and hit done. It then verifies everything properly and continues on.
