How does a user login to check the status of requests, enter new requests, or interact?

Zendesk will be implemented in the district over the course of the summer of 2011. All users at the admin centers as of 5/25/11 were imported into the system. All users at schools will be imported into the system by 8/15/11. Any users who are not imported into the system may register for a new account using their GroupWise e-mail address. Any users who would like to check the status of requests, enter new requests, or interact with the community may request a password to do so.

    All current employees may get a password by clicking the "login" link in the upper right hand corner and selecting "Get a password" from the next page. If for some reason you are not recognized as an account holder, you may also sign up for one using your school district e-mail address.
