Renaissance Upgrade Information


Important information regarding logins:  

  1. Passwords have changed.
    • All passwords are now case sensitive
    • If you have any questions regarding passwords after the upgrade, please contact your School’s Renaissance Administrator.
    • The “@”, “&”, "^", “(”  and  “)” characters cannot be used within passwords. 

  2.  Administrators will be prompted to change their password when first logging in.   

What changes will I see on the new Renaissance Growth Platform?

Renaissance Help Site - You can also access this site by selecting the Help Icon in the upper right corner of your Home Page, while logged into your Renaissance site. When accessing the Help Site, while logged in your hosted site, it will automatically direct you to the information about the page you are viewing.
