Email should never be used to send confidential information. The District does not allow users to share our most confidential information including social security numbers, credit card numbers, and bank account information via email. Users who send this most secure type of information should receive the message below.

Unfortunately, sometimes other emails may be quarantined for staff to review to prevent sharing confidential information. IT staff review these daily and release them to the recipient as long as there’s no evidence of confidential information being sent. Emails containing the District’s most confidential information will not be released to the recipient.
